Russian Ammonia Customer Audit and visit to SYAMCAT plant
In middle Sep of 2022, we had finished an audit from TUV that commissioned by Russia ammonia manufacturer. The production and QC of full range SYAMCAT catalysts for ammonia synthesis process are the main project in this audit.
During the 3 days auditing, our plant prepared and submitted all documents strictly in the audit procedure of TUV. Audit engineer appreciated the high efficiency, rich experiences and perfect guarantee system of Avant Group.
After the audit approved, customer made the plan to visit Avant Group in middle Feb, 2023. In the 5 days meeting, Technical discussion between engineer team helped customer to learn the reaction principle of different catalysts in ammonia synthesis process.
At the same time, customer opened the actual operating conditions of their units and asked for some improvements to increase efficiency and save cost as they trusted us to have the ability to support them. Obviously, the technical proposal based on successful experiences of Avant Group was highly appreciated by the customer.
In the visiting of production procedure of the catalysts, we showed the quality control of each stage and step to customer and gained their trust. Stable quality of the catalyst is the guarantee to maintain the performance and reaction for years.
